Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

For evening dresses, return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Items made to special sizes or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items and used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
